He cons people by asking them to take loans and second bonds for blessings ajnd sacrifices and thereafter changes his name on the internet. His cell numbers change with his name. He needs to be stopped and put away before he could steal from another poor person. He cons people by asking them to find land and premises to start a business. He is very convincing. He drives flashy cars and changes his house offices every 2 to 3 months.
