They dont deactivate and cut my balance?

I never has asked for fashion bunny service,though they are charging for and cut my balance 35 rs and again rs 15, each five six  days.i have smsed for deactivate my service for 2 to 3 times through my cell no.9811864609 though they dont deactivate and cut my balance .i want all refund.
