You got it. Another lousy mattress from a lousy company that doesn't honor their warranty. We bought a Spring Air Back Supporter pillow top mattress about 9 months ago. After only about 3 months, it developed sink holes on both sides with a big hump in the middle. As a result, we now wake up every morning with lower back pain and spend money hand over fist going to the chiropractor trying to get relief from the pain. As with all the others, the mattress cost well over 500 dollars and I have been unsuccessful in getting any satisfaction from the company. If you are looking for a new mattress, don't waste your time even looking at a Spring Air.

    Worst Mattress Ever - BJ
We purchased a Spring Air Pillow Top Back Supporter in Nov. 2005, and within a year, even after turning it every 4 wks., we found that where we slept, the indentations remained, and in the center is a large hump... I called the Company several times, received the form to fill out and measure and take pictures of the mattress. I sent out all the paperwork and information, and have heard nothing...
Now I go into the Web site again and find that they are in Chapter 7.
We too paid a lot of money for this Mattress set, and are very unhappy and would never by a Spring Air again, under any name they may use.

Any ideas of how we can get a area rep to come and look at the mattress and honor the Warranty and replace.

It was the Warranty that sold us on buying the Spring Air Brand.

Ditto on all complaints above, very dissatisfied with this purchase, less than a year and need to start shopping all over again not to mention the cost involved!!!!  stay away from this brand, i bought through 1-800-mattress and now they don't deal with this product anymore, contacting spring air itself is fruitless!!!

We bought a Pellow Top also and was bought because of the warranty. We have the two wallows where we lay, was very restful for the first 6 Months and now 4-5 years later wake up with sore back, body not rested ect. This outfit wasn't cheap either. And now as with all warranties, you can use them for toilet paper.

We purchased our Spring Air pillow top from Macey's Labor Day weekend 2006. We now have two Grand Canyon's with a one foot ridge in the center.I'm sitting on the heating pad as I write this. Now I see the Co. is out of business.By the way, we paid in excess of 1,200 for our King set. Found this warranty service #at another complaint site-617-884-2300.Perhaps this will help someone. However, if we don't intend to be crippled the rest of our lives, guess it's mattress shopping for us -4 yrs later! By the way, my husband and my weight combined is 285lbs, we are not overweight people. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on!

I see that a lot of people have problems with depressions where you have to roll uphill to turn over.. Spring air is not the only one. I paid over 1600 for an airloom nad after a year the same problem occured.  This has a 20 ear warranty but no help from the maker.  They say the sag is normal and is conforming to my body.  DON'T BUY AN AIRELOOM MATTRESS to replace your spring air, the same thing will happen and you'll get lousy service

Sounds like most you need to slim down or step up and spend some money to get a quality mattress.  I have sold Spring Air for 18 years and have had less than a dozen alleged warranty related issues.  Think about it...who buys a warranty anyways?

Marvin, your opinion is full of BS.  The SA complaints run into the hundreds and most are the same issues and these are not cheap mattresses.  Actually I got a Walmart.com mattress in a box for $300 and it is great.  Cee Lo Green has a song for you...Forget You...or something like that.  UR a shill

I weigh 112 lbs.  I purchased a Spring Air Felan set for $999.00 in November 2007.  I rotated the mattress every two months as suggested and
now four years later have a deep valley on either side.  This is not a weight issue.  This is a poor quality product.

Just purchased a spring air mattress from a major department store, but based on everything I have read, I'm going to cancel my order.
It seems they sink in the middle, and have durability issues. Does anyone think I am wrong in canceling my order?

We purchased a king spring air back support mattress in April 2013.  We have huge impressions on both sides (1 1/4" deep on both sides) and the warranty doesn't cover this until it reaches over 1 1/2".  The bed looks ridiculous when its made with a big hump in the center.  While these complaints are cosmetic, the BIGGER problem is my back.  I wake up at 4am every day in pain and my left leg numb.  We spent $1,500 on this piece of crap and now I'm going to the chiropractor every week trying to stay out of pain.
