washing and dryer

Very unsatisfied delivery I brought the washing and dryer in sears the sale lady told me they will delivery and hook up the machine for me to make sure everything is work, today have 2 guys came for delivery they are not too nice to me, they put the w/d in the room and not hook it for me, i asked them why they dont hook it for me they said the only do the delevery they dont t hook it and than the leave. Also they leaf the wrong dryer cord to me......im so mad
