I recently ordered a "no risk" free trial of Lumiday for $4.95 plus S&H which took several days to reach me.  I was unaware that somewhere in the fine print of their offer, they mentioned that it was an 18 day free trial and unless I actively cancelled it they would continue to sent me a monthly supply and charge my credit card $74.97.  I looked high and low for that verbiage in the offer and could not find it.  I have since contacted their Customer Service and arranged to return the last shipment for a full refund though I stil have to pay for the S&H to do so. There ought to be a law that makes companies disclose those "details" in big bold letters right next to their wonderful "free" offers!

I did not see where I would be charged for more after the free trail. The print is small and I just didn't  see itYou should be able to decide when ever you would or would not more instead you seem to hope that the customer either wouldn't like me see it or they would forget and the charge would come as a surprise like it did me!I can't afford anything at this time much less $74.98 that is horrible.

    Assisted in Arizona
I a problem recently where the P,O said insufficient address so it was sent back, It was bouncing from Texas to AZ. So I called the Lumiday company today at that customer service number and the woman was nice, she explained the problem and READ the "SMALL PRINT" out to me. I suggest you call the number BEFORE you order the trial for two reasons; !) to make sure it's a legit company, and 2)speak to someone who can let you know the details. I did that today the woman was polite and accommodating, sometimes you HAVE TO ASK questions!!! I suggest you write your questions down BEFORE you're do the trial. Word of mouth is better than anything!!! Believe me I've been burned before, so I learned!!!
