These people call our house non-stop and when you pick up - nothing there.  When you call it back, amazing no one picks up.  I have left several message to stop calling this number and they still call.   Sick of it!!!!

    It may be..
    that McLeod is a VoIP telecom, and you're being targeted by one of their "customers".
    Contact McLeod directly to report harassment or Do Not Call violations by one of their customers.
    If they won't deal with your complaint, file an FCC complaint against McLeod.
