I am having the same experience as everyone, harassing calls for a family member. I have asked for them to stop calling and was told very rudely that the calls would never stop till I gave them my sisters info and the dead debt was re-established. Well after a bit of searching I found they registered their number, 877-571-5847, with ringcentral.com. Under their legal policy, sec. 6, they specifically mention harassing phone calls. I would suggest everyone to call them and file a complaint. Good luck!

    I got a call from a private number asking for my husband (We have separate phone bills, different last names) saying he owed US Bank over 1600$. When I asked for more info, they gave me his birthday and social secutiry number instead of asking me to verify it Then they told me I have til the end of the business day to pay 1000$ settlement or we would be sued. I am thinking this is a scam.  Advice?

    DO NOT PAY THESES PPL..THEY BUY JUNK DEBT THAT HAS PASSED EXPIRATION DATE AND BULLY YOU TO PAY.  they told me they were giving me a 24 hour stay of execution then going to my employer and other ppl to serve me.  i actually caught her in her lie by pointing out i just gave her an updated phone # and address and it is illegal to call anyone but me.  this is the law..and she did not know this.  its all bs do not pay!

    persons name was maria byrd btw..in california..check your states exp date on oral/written/promissary debt..usually 3-6 years..my debt was for 1300 and expired in 6 years for old wells fargo bank..i might not b perfect but im not an idiot and paying these ppl with my credit card...want my money take me to court (for debt that expired lol)

    This same company has taken $700 dollars from our bank.So today i called your AG in Calif. to file a complaint.
    I am a disabled veteran and i only have a small pension to live on with my wife, And we live in the state of ore.
    So how is it that  calif. cannot control this kind of thing? Don,t get me wrong i know that it is not your state's
    fault but some law enforcement agency should be hot on these illegal jerks.Don't you think?
    Now all this is only my own opinion.  Thank you for hearing me!!!!!!!

    On 2-18-2016 recived call from Tiffany who stated she was calling due to my brother gave my # for reference and she needed him call her and that she was calling from First Distribution Services 1-877-567-9221 I called the number back and the answering service said something different, My brother have no idea who Tiffany is and never heard of this company. I will call this number back and I will b reporting Tiffany and First Distribution Services to the BBB. The one thing I hate is a LIAR!!!##

    They are calling saying my file has appeared on their desk as red flagged, they are working with Kenwood and Associates, an Alex Martinez, won’t give me any numbers, trying to collect on a debt from 2009, all I get is phone calls, when I told them I have never received any paperwork from Kenwood and Associates I am told I am lying. I have asked them for their proof that I still owe this debt but the refuse to send it. I am on disability and I refuse to pay on something I can not verify. I filed complaints with the Arizona attorney office, because I live in Arizona. I see from other complaints that people have filed with the California Attorneys Office, so that is my next step.
