Yesh, the clothes are not covered with water. "Oh, this is normal". Bull crap.

I put clothes in the exact way it ssid to fo it.  I disconnected the lid sensor, since seversl loads had not even cleaned after complete cycles.  Guess what?  I watched the clothes through an Entire cycle.  The top clothes never even git wet!  Stayed dry the entire time.  Been sitting, brand new, never washed a lload
