Plan change without any authorisation without any consent

My name is ashishpal singh and my airtel no is 9599293833. i was having a plan of 75rs per month. then all of a sudden my plan was changed to a plan of 1599rs per month. i got this message on the morning of 20 oct 2015. but i never called to change a plan or i never told to switch my plan. i had a word with their customer care representative sushmita she gave me interaction id 1892738031. i mean how can some one change the plan without my consent. please help asap.

    i have not received any response from the airtel guys. everytime i call them they say they are working on it and when i ask how much time they need they do not answer properly. i think you guys are trying to escape and if you think that i will let this pass by then it wont work.
