Heap of JUNK!!!!

This is a complaint against Urner's, A&E & Epic Z front load washer from whirlpool/maytag, whoever the maker of this expensive heap of JUNK machine. I purchased this a year & a half ago & have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS with it. I paid cash 4 this at Urner's in Bakersfield, CA. & they were absolutely NO HELP at all, their concern/help ends once the cash balance is paid in full at the time of purchase as in my case. I am VERY UNHAPPY with ALL 3 of these company's & will NEVER purchase or use any of them again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, & PRODUCTS. These places stay in business by ripping people off! ESPECIALLY URNER'S!
