I cancelled my membership because I'm disgusted with the way this so called company operates, they aregue, insult, and want to be right always, DO THEY KNOW THAT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?...... I GUESS NOT.

THEIR EXECUTIVES DO NOT TAKE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS, I GUESS IS THE MENTALITY FROM THEIR ARROGANT AND STUPID ARAB CEO.....

ANYONE INTERESTED IN STARTING A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY?

    The customer isn't always right. Especially if the customer is an idiot who can't figure out who to shut off the caps lock button.  

    What companies do have executives that take calls from customers? I challenge you to name one company that is traded on the NYSE that has executives who will take your calls.
