verizon fraud!

I had verizon internet service for 12 months contract. On 11 month I moved to a new address and verizon promosed me to move the service to new address!. guess what they never did and never listen to cancel the service after 12 month. They kept sending bills and then reported to collection agency. I sent check that I never owed. Recently find out that after taking the chack I still owe money to them. I will start calling staring from sucker verizon.... Verizon sucks...
