Bait and switch pricing, insurance extra but doesn't apply

I was  reassured when returning the vehicle that there was no damage on it yet I got a bill for damages then the insurance didn't apply to any of it even though I had to pay almost double the rate over what they said because they require their insurance and no others. I will never rent from Europe car again,highly unreputable company that rips customers off and then expect you to rent from them again,fat chance, jerks.
