I' m Sylvie Mayordomo leaving at Maralal in Samburu county from 2003. I have been using Safaricom sevices from this time , my number is 0720283490 and recently I was contacted by your service to verified my details.I gave them all by phone ( my first passport number, my new pasport number and my Allien card number).
, it didn't work and your agent told me to go to the nearest Safaricom shop.There is no Safaricom shop in Samburu , this mean i have to Go to Nyahururu (4 hours in dry season and even a day when raining).
Today, I received a new message threatening the withdraw of services.\
