nuisance calls from Canada????

At 630am I received two calls from a Canadian area code...867-572-6289909.
There are too many numbers, but an 867 area code is Canada.
I tried calling it back without the last extra numbers and was told the call could not be completed.

Any one else getting these?  I don't know anyone in Canada.
