I few months ago I ordered a free trial of the product resveratrol. They stated that I would only be charged for the shipping . However for the next two months they shipped without my consent there product charging me full price each time and debiting my card for this. I was not aware they had been debiting my account until afterwards.

Is it possble to be refunded. I will gladly return there product back.

Typical "free-to-pay negative option" "health product" scam.  Do you really want to ingest a product from a company that would pull this?

They hide some alleged terms claiming you "agreed" to automatic shipments somewhere on their website, but if you "agreed" to it, why were you and so many other consumers never aware of it?

Dispute all fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional future fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, and make sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA rights.

NEVER use debit cards, since they take money, even through fraudulent charges, straight from your bank account.  Cancel all debit or check cards for the same reason.  Use ONLY ATM cards for cash or identification at YOUR OWN BANK.

Use ONLY credit cards for all purchases, since they are safer, their fraud provisions are stronger based on federal law, and it is easier to cancel them without messing up your payments to other legitimate creditors.

The crooks have it all figured out better than the banks, and certainly better than the average consumer.  Don't play their game.
