Preauthorized payment

Hi I had no idea I had this feature on or Wat it is but I finally figure out how to stop it after 3 days of them take money Atleast 5 times a day my bank was - 187 then back up then back to negative. Then getting dinged by my bank for no fees in there. I bought I few game packs for 2.99 and 5.99 but Havnt bought anything in a few days and it's still takin the money anyways I lost alot of money there has got to be something u can do to refund me back all of it please thanks
