Damage by transportation

I booked the " The Only Safe Movers and Packers" to transport my house hold things and Car on 03/04/13 from Pune to Jaipur. As I already informed him that I am having train ticket which will depart  at 1530, so send your workers early in the morning,he promised to send them by 06:00 so that they can pack all belongings on time. But workers reached around 1130 and started packing very  fast so that they can wind up before my train. I objected them due to packing improperlly. I asked their  manager to send more worker but he didn't listen. By 1400 hrs half of the material were not packed. I spoke to manager, he said ,"Sir you don't worry, you continue your journey our team will pack properly and will load safely. I called my friend and asked him to visit the place so that we can leave. Finally we left Pune and reached Jaipur. After three days we suppose to get our delivery but we didn't get. When we called Mr Satish (08600354660) he said we will get by tomorrow. But next day also nothing happened. It continued for 13 days and we have to stay other place and had to spend heavily. He was making us fool that truck is on way every day otherwise we had gone to our native place and would have saved our hard earned money. On 15/04/13 he stared to threaten that our belongings will not be deliver do what ever you want. We were helpless because we paid them money and were loosing our lifetime  earning. We couldn't do any thing,even we can't go for police complaint because it could be done only in Pune. On 17/04/13 we got a call and he was asking our address then we came to know that they are delivering our belongings. When one tempo arrived at our home we were shocked to see the condition in which they had loaded our precious things. We came to know that they didn't pack any thing after we left our home from Pune. All the mattresses were having oil spots because they didn't pack and kept beside Scooty which is also having scratches due to not packed. Worker were not trained so they were handling improperly. I called Mr Satish but he didn't pick my phone and switched off his phone.All are 5 cupboards have been damaged and are not better than a scrap,our tv stand has been broken into three pieces and every almost every item is damaged. He promised that he will send separate truck which is utilized for  the porpoise of movers and packers. But he used big cargo truck which is used to transport cars and floor of that truck was grooved so that cars can't move. The grooves badly damaged our belongings and more shocking was that he accommodated five other person's cargo. All items were not kept properly,they just dumped. When they were unloading my items,they were throwing others item which were coming in between in from of me. When I asked then they said I have no business to poke my nose. No body was from movers and packers to monitor loading and unloading. I am having photo and video of all with me. After unloading my LCD and home theater was missing and no body was to there to count give me my total item count.
           So no body is ready to listen feeling cheated . I want at least this must not happen with others
