material on furniture wrinkles badly

The material on the sofa, and the chair wrinkles.  Your techs have changed the cushion twice,and it wrinkles still.  I have been dealing with the customer service representative Shirley, and she has been wonderful, and very helpful, but she informed me that she does not have the power to change the material or the sofa, and that i will have to contact consumer affairs.  On the last trip to get the sofa re stuffed the techs did not return the pillows to the sofa as well. we have several pictures of the sofa, and your techs have them also.
