Hi, my filing a complaint with Consumer Direct Warranty Services because my truck have been in the shop for 3 weeks now and the shop employees cannot get in touch with anyone.  Everytime they call to leave a quote and file the claim no one ever calls back or reply to the fax.  I am going to get my money back if I have to take this to court!!! This is a bad look for them getting people money without paying for repairs, but by the time they get are finished going to court for scamming they'd wish they had paid for the repairs!!!

    How do you take someone to court if they aren't even available to speak to?

    My car is under warranty until 2014. That what MEPCO says my account num is with MEPCO is FSC 192033. My number ID NA102952 VIN MUM IFAFP55531G165228.
