I am tired of this. this company has been making claims that I owe for a payday loan but have yet to produce any evidence supporting this claim. They also began harassing my wife, mother and mother-in-law. So in retaliation for this I did a little research and low and behold what do i find. The collections company responsible is named BRG Collections, LLC. They have an F rating with the better business bureau right now and looks like they have for a while. With a few web searche I found out BRG collections is owned solely by one person. William Roy Blanton. He lives just outside of Atlanta. For those wondering there is a public document that shows his financial holdings where he has controlling stake in the company. Actually there are several considering it needs to be filed anually. He is listed as having 100% voting shares in the company. He also owns another collection company known as Ponzi.....ahem Ponce.

    So tired of this scam now BRG is calling ! Previous Company called for over a year until one day I couldn't take it and I  called them over and over again  they thought I was some crazy lady and by then I probably was! The girl on the line told me to keep calling there was a whole room full of people waiting for my call so I did after that they stopped calling  So I guess they sold my info to BRG  guess I'll be making some calls to them over and over again  why is this guy not in jail?

    Just received a call from this BRG!!! Should I believe everything this BRG says? Sounds like a SCAM to me!!!

    Yes received a call and they left a message “Hello this is Jamie this message is regarding our location _⁠_⁠_ tracing efforts for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ all _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ zero now to speak with a representative or call 877-331-8277 it is important that we speak with you in regards to their whereabouts if we cannot verify this information through you the law allows us to contact all references on file if you were unable to provide any information please contact us regardless at 877-331-8277 thank you…”

    Brg first calls me as if they wanted to help with student loans.  Smh!  For every time they call me.  I call them 10x.   Lolololololol!  Idiot's.   They need to get a real job and/or business.

    Your not getting me BRG
    Jamie also called me looking for someone and their location two days in a row. Both times she left a message. Then I get a call from my sister n law saying that she got a call from BRG looking for the same person as well.  Said that she was a reference that this person left.  My sister n law told Jamie that she doesn’t know the person that she  was calling about and has never heard of them to leave her as a reference to contact.  This Jamie person then hung up. Well that’s when I knew it was a scam.  # 877-761-4151 don’t answer if this number is call you!

    These people are unbelievable.  I called them from a blocked number and told them to stop calling me, that I knew that they were scammers.  They asked me where did I get that info from google?  I said no the Better Business Bureau and she hung up on me.  I called 5 more times and every time I spoke she would hang up on me again.
    They called my mom and a friend of the family how they got her info I have no idea.  I am going to have them call back and say they do not know who I am.  hopefully this works

    Just got the same call from number 863 213 5421 looking for me or my whereabouts to call an cinfirm either way at this number 877 445 8469.. I dont give out this number an none of my debt collectors know this number im blocking them regardless of who sold my debt.. I dont give out references. Only car loan an im current with that..anything anyone one of us can do? The law does not allow them to harass anyone!
