Left this call centre 12 months a go. They only looking for robots . They only like one sided communication. Expect you to agree to the managers all the time even when they are wrong. Managers will never admit they are wrong. If they make a mistake they will deny it. As soon as they find out you have opinion about anything they will make your life a nightmare. They have got you by your balls from controlling your promotion, bonus, reviews, holidays. People just join here for a first job then get out. They promise you everything. On top bank pay worst starting salary and they think its acceptable to be promoted with no extra pay.

    If your good public speaker and like the sound of your voice then they will hire you as manager. When your a manager you also will need to know the art of bribing staff, bullying staff, go after staff members if they corrected your mistake, mark down staff member continuous as developing if you hate them ignoring any problem solving on calls , deny your holidays - breaks - progression if unless you say yes yes yes to the manager even when there wrong. Not all the managers are like this it's usually the managers who are narcissist.
