Activation of multicontentstore by airtel without my permission and refusing the existance of this service in airtel

Airtel has deducted rs25 from my prepaid account in the name of multicontentstore_25 service activation, of which I am not aware of. And the customer care executive is refusing that this is not an airtel service, as I am an iphone user, so this deduction is due to apple app store. This is utter nonsense. I want immediate action from airtel regarding this service deactivation and not repeating this again.
