We had AHS for 9 months.  Vendors are terrible, you have to wait over an hour to get thru to AHS, they cannot give you a status on your claim.  We were without central air for 10 days, in July, in Florida!  Our compressor blew up; a tech came here on Jul 31st from Total Air Care, Jax, FL.  We could never get in touch with the vendor; we waited over an hour to talk to AHS each time; they has no answers.  We cancelled on Aug 7th and paid for a new system out of our pocket.
