Nervous lady
Country: United States
They keep calling me that some Mathews guy came to visit me but I was not there. That my door was locked so now I don't have the opportunity to clear this issue and a court date will be scheduled. I will not have the chance to settle this out of court and need to pay the monies owed $300 payday loan I borrowed in 2010. Omg I was shaking and so nervous. He mentioned three lawsuits and federal credit and bank and financial report. I pretty much lost it and he hasn't called back yet. I do not know what to do or who to report this to. Please someone help!

This is a fraudulent fake "debt" shakedown racket.

He lied.  No one came to your door.
    There is no "lawsuit".
There is no "payday loan" that you owe to them.
Everything he said is just made up BS.
If he actually has some of your information, he may have gotten it from some fake "payday loan" application website, since that is how these scams usually work.
They are criminals trying to con you by convincing you that you might owe them for some old payday loan.  You NEVER owe anyone running this type of extortion racket.

Any legitimate debt collector would not be threatening you, or lying to you, and they would have sent you a letter as required by law.  Those who don't are called criminals.
