I was charged $30.90 on my Chase bill and I do not know why. I do not
think this is right. There was a 9.95 charge, a 1.00 charge and a 19.95 charge that
equals 30.90. How do I find out why?

There is a charge for $29.95 to my account which I didn’t authorize, my personal information was hacked into with all my personal information, you are not the only one, they have charged a lot using my information I would appreciate it if the amount of $29.95 can be put back into my account

I was told I would be charged $1.00 that would be refunded.  Instead I was charged $29.95 on my credit card.  Contacted ScoreSense and they cancelled the subscription but I want the $29.95 refunded.  I talked to noone and gave noone permission to make this charge.  If I am not refunded in a couple days, I will dispute the charge to the credit card company as a fraud which it is.

Check your bank statements with all the info, cancel their service with them directly and refer to your bank and they will attempt to get your payments back...

Everybody needs to file a complaint and call their offices to overload their employees and systems. If you sit back and do nothing about it, they and  other companies get the message it's ok to be dishonest and continue to rip YOU off!  The government needs to protect it's citizens from this now!

I don’t know anything about it. I didn’t sign up for it and I would like my money put back into my account. Please you are being very dishonest. How did you get my account information? Who are you? Who gave you permission to withdraw money from my account? This is wrong.

They did the same thing to me I called my credit card they are being investigated they charged my account 3 times. I was notified by my credit card after the fact. This seems to be a normal thing for this company. I have no idea of how they got my information. Buyer beware. Don’t click on anything from a credit monitoring company I think this is how their scamming people. Call your credit card company and have them open a fraudulent investigation case. That’s how I got my money back. Good luck

I noticed upon receiving a statement that I actually looked at with care that I have been charged $29.95 for the last four months by OTL*Scoresense.Com.  Having had some serious illnesses and subsequent deaths to close family members, I have did not carefully inspect my back statements until this month.  I called today and have been told I will get a refund and received a cancellation number.  I will update to see if this occurs.  Lesson, check you statement carefully each month.

A charge of 39.00$ was debited to my bank account this am just in time to screw my mortgage payment,. The pity is I don't know who these people are or what they do.Surely their not charging 30 to 40 bucks a month for a service you can get for free.
How they got my info I do not know.

"I don't know who these people are" - are you kidding me? You most likely signed up to a credit monitoring service and now acting dumb as if they went and stole your credit card details and forced you to sign up. Perhaps try take some ownership for your own actions in life. Credit monitoring/identity protection is not a free service, either. You can get a free credit score like once or twice a year only.

You can receive free monthly credit monitoring with out bells and whistles. Do your research before calling someone out publicly. I didn't sign up for this and thank God my bank caught it. Have a great day
