Complaint

Country: United States
I received a phone call on 12/62017 at 2:00 pm from a man of Indian decent offering me a free US Government grant of $9000.00 if I could give him my banking account number or credit card number,
He stated this no scam it is no scam. I told him that he was a scammer, and con artist.
I told him there was no way that I was to give him this information.
I said don't call me again. He hung the phone immediately.
I called back at this number 267-541-1014 a Philadelphia number, and a Indian speaking woman answered the phone this time, and wanted the same type of info, I told her no to the info. and told her this is a scam.
I told a little lie by telling her that by her actions that I turned over her phone number to the FBI and they would be tracking down this phone number, and if found a scam the would be arrested. She hung up the phone immediately, People like these types of scams should be FBI number one investigations. People are token advantage of every year, and loose millions of hard earned dollars. this has to stop.
