AC is not providing cooling

I had purchased Samsung AC split unit 1.5T 4 years ago, now it has compressor problem, it shuts off after few minutes, but the fan is blowing the air (not cold air). I called Samsung service center at 1-800 3000 8282 on May 27, 2014, they promised me someone will be calling before 8:00 P.M on that day, no one has called on that day. I called again this number on 29th May, 2014, they again promised that someone will be calling me before evening time. No one contacted me. I called again today, June 3, 2014, they said someone has called me and I did not answer my phone. It is hard to believe that someone had contacted me. No one has contacted me as of today. How can I buy Samsung product again if Samsung Customer care treating their customers like this?
