Collection on unsecured loan

Received call August 14,2019 from phone # (703) 792-7485 about a loan I never got. To a email I haven't used in 8 years. And that they sent paperwork to an old address, saying I have run away from my debt. The debt was dismissed and I owe $7834.88 dollars court cost. And I am accused of check fraud. 3 different people I spoke to (sorry I didn't understand what they were saying) but a man claiming to be Mr Greene and try to get a OOCR. The more simple information I tried to get he kept saying it was my fault for running away from. my responsibility. I explained that their. wasn't anything on my credit report and he said that there wouldn't be. (. Who gives loans and doesn't report) Every time I asked for them to send paperwork that I could get to a lawyer they just yelled at me
