DEBITING PREPAID MOBILE ACCOUNT citing "Downloading pullnews from Airtel

I have not downloaded any pullnews from Airtel. But I have been debited Re.1 on 24.06.2013 and Re.1 on 27.06.2013 from my mobile citing the reason "Thanks for downloading pullnews from Airtel. You have been charged Re.1"
Please do the needful to recredit the amount to my mobile account (98404 79262) and unsubscribe the facility (Though I have not subscribed at all)
