Samsung does not stand behind their products

I don't think I am the first person complain about Samsung's service and
products. My Samsung side by side refrigerator went broken for more than two weeks now. They had their service person came twice so far and at the end
the technician totally broken the refrigerator and now we end up without
refridgrator for more than a week now. Every time we called their customer
service/escalation manager or whatever department they called themself, it just
won't get the refund going. They either sent the wrong request or didn't
follow up when it got canceled. When my wife wanted to escalate, the lady
just hang up the phone. This seems really common problem for Samsung. Not only
they have poor quality product, but they also have the bad service.
