telephones down for over a week

We have a business line with Verizon and have not had our phone lines working for a week and still telling us they will not be working for another week.  We are a restaurant that relies on reservations via telephones.  We have no communication availability between us and customers for future reservations or party planning.  This is unexceptionable.  We have a busy weekend coming up and Verizon is telling us we will not have our phones up again.  Another Weekend Without Phones.
