Resort Never built

The resort I bought into has never been built. I was told that the Wyndham would be used until the completion of the new resort which would be completed in two years. As of today, where is it? Why are they requesting maintenance fees for a nonexistent resort. We should file a class action law suit to recoup our expenditures.
