no response when called for service

Iam ranganathan from east tambaram , chennai.tamilnadu.our whirlpool washing machine model no 11579 was under amc in home care plan from 8th december 2012 to 7th dec 2013. till date no one has come for service after calling repeatedly from our side. Whenever we call them over phone they have replied that they will come in next 2 days .but till today no one has come and by next week the plan will expire. Now what is the use of wasting our time and money to get such a poor response from these peoples.this kind of response is really disheartening.we are using different whirlpool home appliances for past 18 years and this time really you made us feel bad. Kindly do the needful which shall make us enjoy your poducts in future. Thankyou.we have paid for service in the following centre
