New installation of AVG anti virus:
While making a 1st run of this system, several "additional functions" are proposed & priced under the aegis of AVG's 30 day trial period: 'Tune Up' was seen as yet another of the above extra (30 day free) functions.
I was dismayed to find the £69.36 charge to my bank a/c, especially as I and the bank are right in the middle of resolving a nasty scam (BRITISH TELECOM) which has stolen money from my a/c:
Your DRI*avg source was initially unrecognised and caused worry /confusion!
Would you please issue a credit to my a/c for the £69.36.as a matter of urgency.
( I've uninstalled Tune Up' from my system, will not be using it: It has raised a doubt in my mind as to whether AVG is the right antivirus system for me.
