I was billed 3 times for something I never ordered or wanted. I want your co. to reimburse me the money they took from my account. I also want to know how they got my account number.

    The same thing happened to me. I went to the trendmicro site, found out my "order number" (even though I didn't order anything, and requested a refund. The site said I ordered it on 2/29/12. I have no idea how this happened or how they got my credit card number.
