Cheap Oair is a very bad company which is not responsible for their customers. I suggest you never buy tickets from their webpage if you have the possibility to change your flight tickets because they do very poor job on that. They gave bad suggestions, charged me a lot of money for changing flights, and they did not refund me for what they promised. I feel like I was cheated !
