Ripped off - never received merchandise

I'm so sorry I didn't read these complaints before I placed the order, it's been a month and still no product and their telling ME, that I have to go to the postal office and see why I don't have anything yet... Without even giving me a tracking numnber... they are crooks! Don't buy from them
