Ive been using MG for the past 20 yrs, sending the same amount, to the same person, at the same destination, using one of two nearby Walmart locations Ive been using for two decades.
Today, I went to my MG location (at Walmart) with a smile to send my usual wire, the Walmart cashier threw back my DL at me, said my transaction is declined, she closed her cashier registry (was around 5 pm) and walked away. I found some brochures with phone #, so I called the phone # dealing with international wires. The guy who talked to me simply confirmed that my account is blocked, refused to take my info or provide me any info, then, told me to get lost and go find another company to do business with....
I listened to him, now I am lost!
