It turns out that Sears has cut so far back on their field personnel that they can't even come out to do a service call for at least a week. I have been a faithful customer for two decades buying their service plans and this is the way they treat me can you imagine how they would treat a new customer. Now mind you this is also to fix the same problem that our stove top had a year ago and now it's doing it again. I think I'll give them the same thing they gave me when it comes time to renew my service contract... which is basically don't hold your breath!
