Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Joining in on all these numerous compliants about getting unauthorized charges for GRC Vita Power vitamins. Never ordered them, in fact told the rep I DO NOT want any vitamins, I'm on my own program.
The 'free trial' still came though and charged me shipping. I ignored this package since again, didn't want the vitamins. Then it turns out I get charged for coming orders since I didn't cancel the program which I didn't even know about.
Called the appropriate numbers and was spoken to rudely when I stated I of course expected a refund since I did not authorize this order. I'd have to wait for the shipment (finally came yesterday), get the tracking number, open a Request for Refund with the company, return the shipment, wait, then if lucky, the company will refund my money.
This all cost me over $50 plus the time of calls, emails & research. I sent a detailed complaint email to Meaning Beauty and was responded to only to tell me "it's another department separate from them and so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and can we assist you further" jargon.
Sad stuff, bad bad business practice -- so surprised that Cindy Crawford would be part in something so poorly handled. Scam written all over this.
