I received a phone message from Mr. Allen, who spoke with a foreign accent, stating I call him regarding a legal complaint against me.  I am a 74 year old woman recovering from an accident.  I am not involved in anything.

    It's a shakedown scam..
    He's a scammer located overseas making up illegal threats, safe in the knowledge that no one will ever track him down, so he feels free to lie and threaten all he wants.  They try to con people into sending them money by Western Union, or via a prepaid debit card.
    Don't bother answering calls from numbers you don't recognize. They're mostly scams anyway.  Let them go to voicemail.  Legitimate callers can leave a message.
    These crooks are looking for vulnerable victims to con.  If harassing calls become a problem, it may be simplest to change your number.
