Bed Bugs!!!

We built a brand new second floor so we bought all brand new furniture from Bobs Aroind June 2016. Nothing was used everything came here brand new.. Now I never have had bed bugs before so it took me a while to realize something wasn't right and my kids kept getting bitten. I finally saw bugs and discovered huge infestation on the beds and the couches.. Called an exterminator and they said this started from the couches and spread! I am looking to file a law suit! Please let me know if one has already been filed and I will join. If not I will post and let you guys know
