Caller from 410-621-8640 left message on home phone that it was time to renew or cancel a pc support subscription.
When I returned the call, I told them if I had this subscription to go ahead and cancel it. He insisted that I had to get in front of and log on my computer. When I refused and again told him to just cancel, you would not believe the profanity that proceeded from his mouth. This company needs to be shutdown.

    Had a call like BS today I did not call them because I have never heard of PC Tech Support and Anti Virus, they did speak clearly  Since I haven't any idea who the company is, I do not know how they could charge my account $299.00.  This is quite an aggravation.  When I Google the company name, nothing....................
