Agarwal Packers

I have given my Honda Unicorn bike 149cc to get shifted from Mumbai to Banglore on 15th Aug 2015 but till date there is no respose from Agarwal packers what so ever.When i call them they give service delivery or drivers contact number,when dialled they never take any commitment.Please i need some one to take strict action against these people.I payed Agarwal packers only because of brand name but there is no point going with these people because there is no response or commitment.

Need someones help to get my bike and take strict action against these people.
