Repair request on AC unit

A request was submitted originally in June of 2015 by my management company The Horton Company, and again on 14 July 2015 by me for the repair of my AC unit  at 136 Parliament Drive in Columbia. We have been paying for window units to cool off the house since the problem began. I personally talked to Hospitality Heating and Air authorized the payment on my credit card last Monday and was assured they would fix the unit last Thursday. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I desperately need the unit fixed what can be done to resolve this problem .
AHS has really dropped the ball on this one. I want to know if any financial concessions can be made to help pay for the additional cost I have had to absorb for the over 6 weeks in delay in repair my AC unit?  Eagerly awaiting your response.
