I jUST have to let you know that I have BeeN a customer of this Bank for 28 and have never never never had such a problem getting through to anyone on the phOne. This morning I was on hOLD FOR over 2 hours tryiNg to get an issue resolved only tO be transfer the minute TJE person pIcked up the phone. I have waited another 1 and 45 mInutes on that line. That IS CRAZY how ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO GEt ISSUED RESOLVEd durINg the day with a wait time of Over three hours. THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE AND YOU NEED HELP IN GETTIMG IT RESOLVED YOU SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF IT. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF OUR CUSTEROMER STAYED ONTHE LINE FOR THAT SMOUNT OF TIME WE WOULD BE OUT IF BUSINESS.
