same here. my mother was charged $19 for nothing ordered or received.

Repeated unauthorized charges are an indicator of a cramming scam.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent furhter fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

there was 35 dollars taken out of my mom's checking account and neither my husband or I know what it is, want it refunded because it caused my mom's account to be overdrawn
