New Connection not working from the date of instalation(0172-3073438)

I have been with Reliance Landline (WLF 299 1)having number 0172-3073438 for 3 weeks now and I am very unhappy with the service. First of all, my service disconected from the last 2 weeks and have not a single call from last 2 week i 'm very frustrated regarding your services my phone is totly dead & i have not any option how i complaint your *377 number becouse in our area no any reliance landline. So, Please if possible check my service otherwise i will go to BSNL services. so take it seriously do the positive response.
