I made a purchase from this site and the amount was debited from my credit card immediately. Subsequently, I recieved a mail on the order.

But the order was never delivered. When I tried calling the numbers, one keeps ringing with no response while the other is switched off.

Repeated mails ahve got no replies. thus they took the money without delivering

Avoid it at all costs. It is a fraud

    I had made a gift order (KFG-181120107) on November 18th 2010 from keralaflowergifts.com. The order was supposed to be a wedding gift. I have found now that the gift was never delivered. The contact number they have provided does not exist and they are not responding to the complaint mails. Please avoid the site at all cost.

    I made some Christmas orders last year. Some items including flowers never reached the recipient. The sweets were delivered in installments and were mostly damaged. I called their office and wrote many letters on this issue, but the office was very rude in replying with excuses. Nothing was taken care of. I wasted a lot of money. Now this lady Sijatha is asking whether to send any gift this year also, what a fun.........

    I had a similar experience with this site. They kept delaying the delivery and finally they never got delivered. Now they say they will refund the money after 8-10 days. But I'm not sure about that.

    Fraud site. I have ordered 2 cakes(on the same day) for two days. Nothing is delivered. when i called there customer service they are telling like it is delivered. Really fraud people behind this site. Also customer care executives are very arrogant. Please never you this site

    These guyzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz are fraud...please dont buy anything from this website..There customer service is [***]!!!Copy paste customer service!!! guyz dont buy from here..personal experience.. i lost 2000RS .thats not my problem..but they cheated me. Going to file case against them
